Why is this taking so long?

We have a shared shipment coming from China, with our goods and another companies items they are waiting for the files to send the tubs back in the container, I am apologising every day to them for the delay. Can you please you give this a few minutes of your attention and finish the job??

Ive worked with other designers on more complex job that have never taken so long, this is really starting to get frustrating now
