Logo Design Brief

BRIEF UPDATE AFTER DAY ONE OF SUBMISSIONS.
Many nice ones but this was hard ;-D It's hard to know what we're looking for, and maybe we won't know until we see it. But here are some spontaneous thoughts. We would like a LITTLE bit more playfulness or something clever in the logos, but clever does'nt necessarily mean complicated. Like a hologram star that fades away, or a sphere representing a 3D-world (which is what we deliver), or something insinuating 3D? These are just thoughts and it might not be right, but we know that a 2 min logo with a normal star and the text saying Virtual Star just looks too easy. It doesnt catch the eye and doesnt stand out. Allthough it can't be too advanced, because it will just be a mess. Easy and memorable? Inspired by the big movie companies, but more modern?

Some logos have been too fine and snirkly. You should be able to read it fairly easily, so a little bit more boldness, we guess.
Regarding colors, gradients look nice, blue/purple ish look nice, modern, friendly and cinematic but isnt our only choice. And the logo itself should work in one color if we would do embroiderys or similar.
