Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a new logo for our insurance agency. We want it to be professional looking. And we are a 125 year old company so we want the logo to look more classic looking than modern. I'm uploading an older logo that we used to use and I like this as a general guideline. I like the way the S wraps around and the older looking font. I big font I would like "Siracusa Kaufmann" to read. And under that in the bar, have it say "Insurance Advisors" in smaller font. And then under that in even smaller font "Business • Home • Risk Managers" and then in the same size font have it say "Serving the Shore Since 1894" in italic
