T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for a design for hoodies for a grade crew working on a pipeline in Canada. Need a logo for the back consisting of a dozer and excavator with mountain in background (picture attached of actual equipment working and mountains in background). As well as a quote that would be incorporated in the logo “she’s business as usual”. Would also like to have a matching font for the word “Grade”that we can print down the arm of the hoodie (picture attached to reference of sleeve idea).
