Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new business starting up, business is a hire platform where any everyday person can list household items they may have for rent eg. Lawn Mower, Ladder, car and anyone can go on and hire the item. The business name is 'Hire Near Me' and wanting the logo to maybe use a blue but are open to any ideas. Attached is some examples, we like the use of some sort of location pin or something along those lines.
