Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for a new service offering. We are in the dentistry industry and specialise in Dental Implants and Full Arch Dentistry.
You may be aware of the name "All on Four". This is a registered trademark of Dr Malo and Nobel Implants.

We need a recognisable logo to be used as a brand other practices as affiliates under the FOX programme, going head to head against Allon4

The Logo should stand alone without needing text as descriptor, but happy to consider options

I have attached an image of some work we've done to date, but we're getting mixed feedback. Some say "do you really want to be associated with a fox? cunning, sly, etc". But is you search foxy smile, lots of pics of pretty girls.

Not locked into the colour either.

The other image is George Fox University. Superimposes the F on the G.
