Infographic Design Brief

Hello,
We are a flower company that distributes fresh cut flowers to mass market customers. We want to be able to present a FLoral planogram to buyers that could showcase some different products and how they could display them in their store. Ive attached pictures of what a basic planogram looks like. I want a graphic design template where i can insert different pictures with the flower name and item number. The flower pictures would be circular like a headshot. You can see examples of the flowers we sell at www.floralseasonscorp.com
Im also uploading pictures of what the actual displays look like in the stores. I would like for the graphic design to mirror that and look kind of realistic.

Its important that I can adjust the items by myself as a PDF document in the end product. We change items seasonally and as the buyers request.
