Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for my mobile coffee business. However, I do not want any images or anything coffee specific as we plan to add additional services and products that are non-coffee related. That said, I have attached some logos that have elements that have caught my eye. As you can see there are some different styles so I am open to logos that reflect any of the attached styles.
