Tattoo Design Brief

Wondering if this is possible, I have a image of a sabre tooth tiger that I would like to convert over to a tattoo design that a tattoo artist can use. I'm thinking about putting it on my arm just below my elbow (see photo attached) and approximately be 2.5inches long in each direction. Requesting portions of the photo inside the green lines to be sketched. Thanks!
