Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo for a new counselling/consulting business based in Northern Canada. I will be offering therapeutic/personal counselling as well as workshops on mental health and trauma. The name of my business is: "Emerge Counselling and Consulting." I'd like a logo that depicts the definition of emerge - which is "to come into view" (perhaps from behind the clouds) but open to other nature-based ideas too. I'd like it to communicate healing/growth, but not too "airy-fairy", or "out-there" - as in, I have many years of experience, credentials and would like to appeal to organizations/governments and appear "legit" to be a consultant to them as well.
