Logo Design Brief

Hello! I am looking to create a logo for a shop front. The name will be
The Flying Merchant
The shop will be producing three brands of gourmet food products make in an iconic wine district in Melbourne Australia.
I woukd like font and a logo to be created for purpose of window frontage and also to print on bags and labels for products sold in store. It is a small boutique shop selling confectionery, gourmet foods, fudge, nut brittles and lemon butters.

I was originally a pilot turned Goirmet fudge producer, hence the chosen name for the store.

Our style is rustic and natural using earthy tones. The shop fit out us rustic, reclaimed furniture and lovely vintage props and displays.
It is perhaps similar to an old fashioned Lolly store.
