Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design for an arts festival in Green Bay, Wisconsin called Artfest Green Bay. The festival is going to feature local, regional, and national artists from all mediums, music, food, beverage, and live art demonstrations. The event is being held in Downtown Green Bay so we want something that reflects the arts but is modern, fun, creative, with a little flair of urban in it.
