Tattoo Design Brief

I have some tattoo time booked for December 5th and am looking to start a back piece.
The focal point of the piece should be blind lady justice, stood up, with an ornate, gold guilded sword in her right hand pointing the floor and ornate gold guilded traditional weighing scales in her left hand, held out in front of her.

I love full vibrant colour work and for the background I am looking for something very atmospheric. I had the idea of portioning the background and having the theme as the four elements with lots of intricate detail that may not be evident at first glance but noticed on closer inspection. As it’s a fairly large canvas I am looking for a real showstopper.

Pictures added for examples of use of colour

I have added some basic images of cross sections of the earth as I would like to show the earth section as possibly the underground/overground earth. The lower section could feature underground animals and I’d like to put a degraded human skull as if it has been buried for some time (image attached). And the upper section could feature lots of greenery, grass, leaves, ivy vines, animals etc.

The background sections should be;
WIND - top left (generally grey colours and atmospheric, possibly a spooky vibe about it)
WATER - bottom left (mostly blues and slight greens with full colour from the sea plants etc) I love the use of colour and sillouhette in the image of the whisky bottle packaging attached).
FIRE - top right ( lots of deep reds, oranges, yellows, flashes of purple and white, maybe blacks to show charring or ashes etc)
EARTH - bottom right (browns to denote soils and vibrant greens etc above.

And each section should flow into each other slightly, for example the waves on the top of the “water” are being smashed about by the wind. Maybe there could be a forest fire in the “fire” section (similar to the photo of the lower arm sleeve I have attached of the burning/charred trees).

Lady justice - focal point of piece. Please superimpose the head and face of the lady with long hair to the body of lady justice and a blindfold as I don’t like any of the women in the stock images.

I have added an atmospheric picture of a windswept tree for the “WIND” element.

I would like the background section of “WATER” to be partially under the ocean and partially above so below should feature the coral reef with lots of vibrant coral and sea animals and just above there will be crashing waves.
