Sunrise Planning Group is a Town Planning company that specialises in facilitating a feasible development outcome through the Town Planning and Development Assessment process. Our Town Planning expertise specialise in obtaining Development Approvals for Subdivisions, Units, Apartments and Townhouses, Extension to Houses and Duplex, Commercial and industrial land uses such as Commercial offices, Warehouses, Health care facility and for small to large scale developments.
