Starting a podcast and website titled 'The only woman in the room'. Its about being a female professional in a male dominated field and all the challenges that come along with being the 'only woman in the room. We will be doing interviews with very successful female engineers and how they became successful when other women have left the industry because of the challenges of being the only woman in the room.
