Logo Design Brief

Best: the three elements, allusion to Mexico city somehow, trompo and text
Minimum: 2 elements, Text and trompo; Text and allusion to Mexico city somehow
Not allowed: Sombrero, cactus or any stereotype. Angel de la independencia inside or sitting on the trompo.
Using trailers images attached to see the logo in the works is highly recommended.

This is a very simple, straight forward business: a food truck but the idea behind it is not that simple. There are a lot "authentin" Mexico food trucks out there even further a lot of food trucks selleing tacos and even further a lot of food trucks selling "tacos al pastor" but must are not pastor tacos nor authentic mexican food, maybe TexMex. I'm from Mexico City and my goal is to bring "tacos al pastor" as they should be. You can watch "Taco Chronicles Pastor" on Netflix and that is what I want the logo to represent. Without saying "authentic" mexican food but to show these tacos are coming from the origin: Mexico City. Mexico City has few icons like "angel de la indepedencia" https://amp.nacion321.com/files/uploads/article_images_repository/NWI5YzU2MTI3.png.

I need to differentiate from the rest stating that this is food from the capital of taco (Mexico City) and to educate consumer how pastor tacos really are.
