Logo Design Brief

Koch Investigations is the name of the business. It's a private investigations company dealing with criminal, domestic violence, election issues, fraud, etc. and I am looking for a logo design that shows law, with a potential government look to it. Going for a professional serious unique style. I have attached some examples to give an idea. i Used law firm designs over P.I designs as they are a better representation of what i'm looking for in regards to professionalism and creativity. I provided government Seals as a way of mixing the government look.
In the name KOCH, I would like to have the Swiss flag inside the 'O'.
I do want the American Flag in the logo design somewhere and standing out.
I have a slogan that if it doesn't look good / work with the design, that's okay. It doesn't have to be included.
