Logo Design Brief

We are rebranding and need a new logo and colors. Our company rents furniture for residential, corporate housing and hospitality, but we also do a lot of interior design and staging. The company name is Houston Furniture Rental & Sales but I'd like to downplay the "Houston" part as eventually I'd like to expand into other cities. Thinking maybe just "HFR". I'm thinking black/white (or) grey/white (or) dark blue/white...something clean, crisp and elegant.
