Graphic Design Brief

I would like an illustration of people pointing at each other and blaming one another. I like the style of New York Times cartoonist Bob Mankoff. Black and white cartoons are timeless. I would like to redo the four people point picture attached in a Mankoff style. Use both professional men and women. I've attached a different concept someone did for me in the Mankoff style.
I would like it signed "Marks" as if I were the cartoonist.
