Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my tree service company(on a transparent background). Our company name is Custom Tree Solutions. I need a logo with the full company name as well as an icon that says CTS. Our company colors are Green, Orange, and Black. (Some brown is used as well.) We will also need a copy of logo and icon above in all white on a transparent background, and all black on a transparent background. Preferred file type is PNG. And a list of the color codes and/or fonts used in the logo and icon will be needed as well.
