Flyer Design Brief

Hi. I would like to refresh the following 2 magazine ads. The size of both ads are as follows:
The trimmed full page size is 8 1/8" x 10 5/8" [49 × 64 picas].
For a full bleed, add 1 pica on each side. (I want full bleed.) I also want both source files in Photoshop editable files.
1. The first one is an ad for GLOW. See attached folder with old ad and accompanying docs. You can use the same wording as the old ad. If you want more info, you can check the website at glowcanada.ca

2. The second ad is for our iHeal school. See attached folder with old ad an accompanying docs. Use the same wording as old ad. Please nothing with yoga on the ad. Also, I would prefer that if there are any people portrayed, that they have no jewelry. See the website for the type of modern theme to follow: ihealschool.org

I would also prefer that the ads NOT be dark but more towards the brighter/lighter side.
