T-shirt Design Brief

I want to have a heart with an eye in the middle with wings on either side of the heart. I want a small amount of fire inside the heart just below the eye. I would also like a halo above the heart. I don't want the logo to be too "dark" and under the heart I want it to say "see no evil" circling the bottom of the heart. Do not hesitate to be creative
