Logo Design Brief

We are reopening our company and want a fresh logo. however we want to keep some of the sprit of the original. We no longer have any digital version of the original. I have included a picture of the original. main thing I want to stay as similar as possible is the Sarkozi S. the idea I have is to put the S into a superman shield. My main goal is to have the shield be able to stand on it's own or have it be part of the entire logo. We defiantly like the original so use as much of it as you like. we would just like something more compact and recognizable from far away or in small formats. Thank You so much for considering this project.
