Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a company based in Canada that is a distributor of technology services to Canadian customers. The primary service is remote technical services.

The proposed company will grow (hopefully) to provide multiple diverse technical solutions to Canadian companies.

I am looking for a simple design with 2 colors (Red and Grey). The design should communicate stable and trustworthy, but most of all, the logo should be simple.
