Logo Design Brief

We need a logo with our full name (Tracker Property Investments) and a logo with just our initials (TPI). I would like to use a check box with a check mark inside of it integrated with the design (for example, using a check box with check mark as the "v" in Investments. I have red and black and white for the colors in my mind but am open to any color scheme.
The check mark inside of a check box is a symbol of one of our business' values and beliefs. But we are open to other designs. We believe in small consistent actions to achieve big goals in real estate investing.
