Logo Design Brief

Need a powerful logo design for a Heavy Duty Towing company based in Arizona. They only tow or do recovery clean up for large vehicles (Semis, Trailers, Construction vehicles, Transport vehicles, etc)
Most important color is royal blue. Other colors would be a darker blue accent, yellow, white, black. The current logo has a stylized image of a semi on it. The logo could either have something like that as a pictoral mark or a heavy-duty American wrecker (Google "heavy-duty towing america" to see the truck styles).
The logo should communicate power and professionalism.
Their current logo is uploaded to show colors. The client likes it but knows it needs to be more modern, and just better.
