Logo Design Brief

We need to spruce up our current logo. Our current design has the words "THE URBANS", which don't need to be changed. But we do want to add a city (Atlanta) behind or need the words THE URBANS. If you look at the sitcom logo for "FRAZIER" you will get somewhat of an idea. We'd like a "nighttime" look. The buildings can be an outline, a skyline, real buildings or even computer generated, we're open for suggestions. Thanks!
