Logo Design Brief

This is a logo I would like to use for my sign, uniform and sticker for martial arts School that focuses on teaching Brazilian Jiu-jitsu boxing and self defense. The crowd of customer seems to be mostly male in there late twenties and early thirties. Being around the North East is dorsties jingdom We thought it would be fun To use a really tough looking bearded Viking maybe somw Norse decor around. Thought that would look really cool with a circle around it with characters in the center. Would be neat if viking has tattoos and looked somewhat like me. i attached pictures.

I also attached another example.
