Apparel Design Brief

We are a pickleball apparel brand looking for an all over print shirt that has an overly patriotic theme. Final file size will need to be w 7500 x h 7000 pixels.
1.) We would like three words to be sprinkled around all over the print. “Life” “Liberty” “Pickle”. We would want these words in a smaller-point font, but done in a old-style font similar to what you would envision for the Constitution:
2.) We would like the splatter colors (of red, white and blue) to be thick enough where we rarely see the background of the white shirt underneath.
3.) We would like original, pencil-sketched graphic art to accompany the splatter and wording. We don't want something that looks like clip art, but rather cartoonish almost looking designs that look hand drawn like the attached Bad Birdie Example.
The three graphics we would like to have would be: a.) Pickleball Paddles b.) Pickleball Balls c.) Pickleball courts

We want the final shirt to be very "busy" with lots of smaller icons and wording etc so it makes people want to take a longer look at it.
