Logo Design Brief

Logo for my client needs to be playful, creative and establish expertise in the breeder field. Attached is a drawing idea from the client.
Client would like to see a logo just black and white and the same logo incorporating neon green (they aren't sure which they want to go with)
The logo will have a slogan underneath it that can be turned on/off via layer. It should say "Where quality, health-tested boxer puppies begin"

Logo should be circle shaped and can either have rays around it shooting outward or stars placed around the circle.
