Character Design Brief

We are creating a Blue Jay bird character for the logo of our novelty toy company. We want it to have the feeling/style of Road Runner and Woody Woodpecker. We plan to use this character in our marketing efforts as a branded character. The personality is fun, mischievous , action oriented. We need a 2-D rendering. Colorful. We would like this on a transparent background.
