Graphic Design Brief

I need an hero image (main image) for a new web site.
The site will be a sales consultancy/coaching business aimed at B2B software sales professionals and software/SaaS firms. The aim of the business is to help sales professionals and tech firms transform their sales performance and close more deals.

The two styles of hero images I like can be seen here:
- Scoreapp.com
- Emailable.com

You can come up with a concept that is like one of these.

Basically the image should show a familiar UI screen of a sales professional's CRM dashboard (see attachments).
In the animated gif (which I hate - it's poor quality) you can see how the data points all improve. This represents the sales 'transformation'.

I'd like you to re-create a UI screen from salesforce.com (the attachments, Salesforce1 and Salesforce2 are taken from the Salesforce CRM software. I want you to recreate them from scratch but in a more high-quality manner and come up with a hero image design concept that will show how poor results on screen can become better.
The attachment Salesforce2 shows how the results from Salesforce1 have been improved.

If you think an animated gif would be better, that's fine.

I'd like your design concept to include the following points (in freehand text style just like in the Scoreapp.com image)

- 4x pipeline
- Higher conversions
- More deals CLOSED-WON
