Logo Design Brief

I am trying to create a logo with image or symbol that correlates with and will represent a saying.. so-and-so say GO, you have to leave, bye bye, get out of my presence, get lost, beat it, see you later, exit, bye bye and don't come back. You may even be able to tie in the letters inside the logo, I would like something simple Without too many small details. I would like a image to be noticeable on a hat. The city of Saigon was renamed and is no longer named or called Saigon. It doesn't exist anymore. I would like my image and logo to represent that.
