Email Marketing Design Brief

We are a Land Rover Defender Camper Hire company based in Northumberland, United Kingdom called Overland Adventures. We have recently relaunched our website want to drive traffic and bookings via email marketing using Mailchimp or similar.

Our initial campaign will be a launch email. It should be dynamic and aspirational using our great imagery that showcases the unique nature of booking a 4x4 Camp Ready Land Rover Defender complete with Roof Tents, Awning & all the equipment needed for off-grid adventures.

Using our imagery and key statements/text we want the customer to understand very quickly and clearly what we are selling and the service we are providing.

We would like to run this campaign ASAP.

We would like a design that can be uploaded to an email marketing client such as Mailchimp or Send In Blue. Advice on best practice here is required from the designer we appoint.

Guidance on copy and leading banner headlines would be advantageous.

We would like the template designed in such a way that they can be reused again with different images and copy overlaid.

The logo currently sitting on our site is a placement logo, we have yet to have this designed.

Target Market(s)

Target market is the tourism sector specifically aimed at people who have an interest/love nature and the outdoors. Our customers come from far and wide, US, Germany, Spain, France, Scandinavia.
