Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for an upscale wedding venue. It's called "Longleaf Nature Preserve" and it is an old plantation in South Carolina. I attached a photo of the entrance to the venue that has a pineapple on top of the brick column. I would like a logo that includes the pineapple how it looks in the picture.
