Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new Buyers agent business based in Sydney Australia. We find, negotiate and assist in the purchase of homes to clients in Sydney, taking the stress and hassle out of the process for clients. Even though we are just opening and starting in this realm, it may lead (in the future) to other sides of real estate (eg. Property management and property investment portfolios). We like light colours (nothing heavy or dark). Something easy to read, clear and stand out. In the text, please make the 'SB' smaller and in a different location to the "House 2 Home" as we would like "House 2 Home" to stand out and be the main words seen.
