Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company in Philadelphia called "Many Rivers Collective." We provide services in the areas of mental health/wellness, leadership/organizational development, and education/training. We are focused on the mental health and wellness needs of people whose lives have developed somehow “across borders,” well because they have experienced migration, acculturation, or international residencies; or because they grew up belonging to multicultural or biracial families; or to groups with diverse social locations, cultural origins, social classes or worldviews. Our interdisciplinary professional team includes mental health, social care, education, organizational and community development practitioners. We operate from a mental health and wellness approach that integrates multiple orientations to change and transformation. Our services include organizational and professional consultation, work with nonprofits, community services, and individual and family services.

“Many” – bringing together lots of individuals, families, and communities from all parts of the worlds, comprising many languages, cultures, and traditions

“Rivers” – flowing, mixing, intersecting, crossing (across borders, regions); bridges; each river is a biography of each person and community/traditions of meaning making/ways of life

“Collective” – growth getting together, learning, creating, transforming, and space for development

Colors - ?mix of burgundy and orange [earth/people]; maybe combining with blue [water] and green [nature]?

Want the name “Many Rivers Collective” as part of the logo (either incorporated or under/top)
