Logo design for a husband/wife real estate team in Naples, Florida. Our team name is "Dwell Naples" but under Florida laws, our brokerage logo must always be posted anywhere our team logo is posted. The team logo must be the same size or smaller than the brokerage logo. (see attached Premiere Plus logo). It would be nice to have some sort of cohesiveness between the two. The colors are white, charcoal (PMS Neutral black U, Hex #434243, CMYK 67/62/58/45, RGB 67/66/67), black (PMS process black C, Hex #000000, CMYK 0/0/0/100, RGB 0/0/0) and gold (PMS P11-5 C, Hex #d2b166, CMYK 19/28/71/0, RGB 210/177/102). We want to portray a luxe, timeless tropical image...Naples is a very wealthy area with a majority of sales being second homes. The rest of the attachments are examples of logos/branding I have found online that I like. Last attachment is a photo of us for an idea of our personal style. We like the logos with soft edges, not too geometric, and creative incorporations of a house or palm tree. On the other hand, we also like a clean wordmark without an image.

age: 40 - 75 yrs , upper-middle class to wealthy, seeking the luxurious, tropical lifestyle of Naples either permanently or seasonally through homeownership. Our clients prefer luxury brands and do what it takes to get what they want. They prioritize time with family and loved ones.
