Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company. We are a specialty liquor import company called Black Tie Imports. We import high-quality spirits and beverages that have been hand selected for excellence. We will be selling to Retail and Wholesale customers, but at the end of the day, it is the consumers who make the purchasing decisions. We want our brand to be synonymous with Rare, Exceptional and Made by the Highest Experts from around the world the bring you the most amazing beverages. That is why we intend to put our logo on the back of the bottles that we import, above the government warning, so that the final customer can follow our name/logo across the different beverages we import.
The design will be on the bottle's label, so it will be a horizontal shape. It has to look good printed 1 inch tall or less.
I want the logo to look very classy, clean, and easy to identify, a graphic look: a black tie, a white coat/vest, an offwhite (made with marks - dots or lines, not greyscale), which is all flat, with no 3D. And then a white bottle - which subtly glows onto the shirt - is made in 3D with shadows and highlights. I have provided a sketch. The frame in the sketch is available for debate, but if it were included, I would like to make the corner buttons 3D too.
The pdf, web mockup, was the initial inspiration for the logo design idea.
