Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a new company that is focused on how to help managers unlock employee potential, employee interests, and employee contribution. This company and its products are based on the idea that the people are the point. The tools are intended to help people figure out when they are in a state of flow and how to give them more work that gets them in a state of flow. Another way to describe this is helping people identify their "red threads" - those things that the employee loves to do. Incorporating red in the logo might be great. We want the logo to feel friendly and informal and communicate the idea of unlocking people's interests at work.
