Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design for a startup fitness clothing company, whats needed if both full text, dual colour( black/white + red) as well as a small design for the sleeve cuffs. For the small design, I would like to see something inside a Maple Leaf with 1RM, this will be used as well for shirt tags.
The main logo portion would be partially bold and sleek, something that would look good both horizontally as well as vertical.
