Logo Design Brief
We're building a micro vc (venture capital) firm for the new age, and we need help designing our logo. Based in Miami, we make micro investments in emerging brands and technologies across industries including technology ( web 3 and saas), consumer and media.
We look to invest in founders from diverse backgrounds and historically unrepresented communities. Our logo should be professional yet edgy - we're taking on an old industry with new views and we want that to be apparent when looking at the logo. We would like to keep the color palette simple leveraging mostly black and white. The final logo should communicate professionalism, trustworthiness, with an urban twist.

- The logo should include a symbol of some sort. Think WEB 3 (crypto, nft) and really great CPG brands. The logo should also be legible at different sizes both small and large.
Nice to have
- I would love to see an emblem incorporated that makes the logo easy to identify. I would also love to see two versions - one using illicit capital and the other with illicit.vc
