T-shirt Design Brief

I am the worship leader at my church, and I am wanting T-shirts to sell for our Night of Worship in September. The theme of the night is based on Mark 4:17 and how as Christ followers we are called to be rooted in Jesus, so that we can withstand the trials and hardships in life.

The phrase should say either “My Roots Go Deep” or “Deeply Rooted” with the Scripture reference, Mark 4:17 either right underneath or right beside the phrase. I also would like a psychedelic/ hippie aesthetic that draws from the sixties and seventies. The design will be printed on gray shirts (still not certain if it will be light gray or dark gray,) so the colors should pop against gray. The two designs against the gray background are rough ideas of what I’m envisioning for the shirt. The other five pictures are T- shirt aesthetics that I found on the internet that I like.

The shirt should also be unisex in design.

Requirements

Must have

• Retro hippie feel through displayed through font choice with muted colors. The phrase should say either “My Roots Go Deep” or “Deeply Rooted” with the Scripture reference, Mark 4:17 either right underneath or right beside the phrase

Nice to have

• I would like to see either a deep forrest green, olive green, or turquoise as one of the main colors.
