Hello, your "Fuel Cell Raw.raw" file is saved in some strange encoding and cannot be opened properly on Windows operating system. You might see how it's not possible to work without a proper photo, and I didn't find one on your website. Please resubmit the file ASAP if you want to receive proper designs.Submit properly saved RAW image and a JPG just in case. Thank you.

Aditionally, I believe you submitted a RAW image made with a mobile phone. That is not by any means standard or guaranteed to work right in a profesional software. If that is the case, use your apps on the phone to convert it to a JPG and resubmit just the JPG. Thank you again.

The raw image is just the same as the picture of the fuel cell above. I thought it would be better quality in RAW... but it didn't work.\
