Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new service that will issue (award) digital verifiable qualifications to people for their learning on behalf of the institutions. e.g. if you go to University and get a degree, you'll be able to be issued a digital copy of that degree to be able to prove to potential employers your result and skills etc. The final design should be clean and NOT gimmicky. No rosettes, etc!
