Graphic Design Brief

I have an idea, but not sure how to draw it. Our business is "Gitsham Grazing & Earthmoving". I want the "Gitsham Grazing" above a picture in an arch and "& Earthmoving" under the picture in a straight line both possible in a box to stand out. Probably in a good/yellow colour. As we run a cattle farm and have machinery looking for an original picture to symbolise that. Am thinking some kind of bull/cow with dozer tracks instead of legs. This logo will be used on invoices as well as on hats and button up work shirts.
