App Design Brief

I need to create a User Interface design and a Working prototype using Figma or similar. I’d also like all the assets and guidelines needed to guide the App developers to create the final product. 
So, I'll need Design files and assets but you that I can give to an App development company or a freelance developer to create Android and iOS apps.

This app is an app for adults who wan to meet and have sex no strings attached.

The App name will be Adulta

I have attached an app some pictures and a pdf file explaining details of the apps functions.

This app will be a sexy version of the kijiji app with a personals section used for adult services. I have attached images and a pdf below that will tell you the functions of the app.

I need an app interface design done for an app idea I have. I am nee to this it is my first time trying to launch an app and I do not know what you need in order to get what I need. I need a site map/ design and if possible a working prototype that I can pass on to an app developer that can deliver the final product. This model will be used to raise funds and give investors an idea of what the apps functions will do as detailed in the project brief. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
