Book Cover Design Brief

I have written a book called "The Small Business Operator's Manual". The title should be self-explanatory. It's a how-to for the owner or manager of a small business on a variety of subjects like makreting, operations, finance, managing people, etc.
I have no pre-defined notions about what i want this to look like and I would like the designer to take full creative license. The "owners manual" concept should come through in the design.
