In general the budget mentioned here is quite enough for design a single slide graphics.

And as per project type the final deliverable will also be a single graphic design file. What I mean to say that in this kind of project with the mentioned budget final deliverables will be 1 graphics design file with its associated files.

Although you can have multiple designs.
We think you need to reconsider the budget if you want all the 3 slides conversion into graphical representation.

You can take help of Design Crowd Customer Care about the work scope and budget.
