Logo Design Brief

Newport Oral Surgery is a surgical practice that specializes in oral and maxillofacial surgery (surgery of the head, neck, mouth and jaws). We have two offices and three doctors. Our principal office is in Newport Beach, California which is right on the beach. Hence our logo has always been a wave. Because our logo has been so readily recognizable, we'd like to keep the wave theme, but update it. (It hasn't been updated for many many years). We'd like to get away from the current color scheme. We'd like the logo to be somewhat recognizable to our patients and referrals, but updated and have a contemporary, professional theme.
